All meals are homemade. It is important to us, that we use local products and we cook mostly without glutamate and finished products to avoid. So we use z. B. Meat from local butchers, Send berries (Schwarzbeeren, Cranberries, Ribiseln), Fruit and mushrooms (Porcini, Eierschwammerl) from the region. The herbs and salads are mostly from our garden in the Valley. We also offer an excellent  Apple juice from the fruit farmers from Lower, Brandy by locals (Osttiroler Pregler, Gentian, Zirbengeist) and quality products such as. Tirol Milch, Stiegl Beer, Coca Cola etc.. Quality is important to us. We buy our products deliberately, Much of local entrepreneurs and prepare all the dishes themselves to.
